I'm looking for ways to reduce my mail server load. I've looked at some projects that are similar to qmail-scanner but written in C, but they don't function exactly the same so I would have to make a LOT of changes. I came accross the SpeedyCGI project (http://freshmeat.net/projects/speedycgi/) which *looks* like it might help. I was wondering if anyone on the list had tried running qmail-scanner using SpeedyCGI? I found some mention of people trying SpeedyCGI having trouble with setuid, but those messages were posted in 2002. I thought there may have been some changes since then.
