hmm... Do these users *always* connect from the same IP? I guess, if you
want to *define* the use of qmail-scanner for only a particular group,
then you can do that on the basis of IP address and not users.

If you want to use qmail-scanner for certain IP addresses, then you can
set the QMAILQUEUE variable for those IPs in your tcp.smtp file.
