This is easy to do even without qmail-scanner. simply edit the user's
.qmail file and replace the delivery line with:
|/var/qmail/bin/bouncesaying "Email for domain.com is suspended...etc"
This will take place *after* qmail-scanner runs, so you won't create
bounces for viruses.
