[Qmail-scanner-general]reject mails with unwanted subjects?

hi,
is it possible to reject mails by subject?
and dont get a notification?

i put a line in quaratine-attachments.txt like:
this should be rejected<tab>Virus-Subject:<tab>subject rejected

but always get a virus-warning
