I found in /etc/syslog.conf that all mail related is pointed to maillog. I
think it is the answer.

Seems I am wrongly suspecting "Getopt::Long" as the source of problem. My
RedHat 9 has "Getopt::Long" module in the machine.

So.... it makes me more confuse.
