Hi Erik,

I have specifically removed SA from qmail-scanner for the same reason.
SA is now called before a mail is delivered to a user's box
Consequences: mail to non-local recipients is only scanned for virus or 
prohibited attachments
mail to multiple recipients is scanned several times
