[Qmail-scanner-general]Got problem with Macafee Virus canner and Qmail Scanner exit code 11

Have a problem when sending a attached document file the below error is reported in the smtpd log file of qmail please help   X-Qmail-Scanner-1.24:[] corrupt or unknown MacAfee scanner error or memory/resource/perms problem - exit status 11/0 Regards, Matthew A.
