Hi,
I am using qmail installed thro toaster RPMs with Spam
Assassin,ClamAV, qmail-scanner. After installing and configuring
qmail-scanner as per instructions in
www.qmailrocks.org's INSTALL
guide, if I run the testscript, I get the following error.
 contrib]# ./test_installation.sh -doit
QMAILQUEUE was not set, defaulting to
        /var/qmail/bin/qmail-scanner-queue.pl for this test...

Sending standard test message - no viruses...
qmail-inject: fatal: qq temporary problem (#4.3.0)
        Bad error. qmail-inject died

In the /var/log/mail/error file and the
/var/spool/qmailscan/qmail-queue.log file I see the following error.
Mar  9 16:56:42 mail X-Antivirus-MYDOMAIN-1.24-st-qms:
[mail.test.com11104054027605436] owner of unpacked file
"/var/spool/qmailscan/tmp/mail.test.com11104054027605436/1110405402.5438-0.mail.test.com"
(uid=0) doesn't match UID of Qmail-Scanner (uid=503) - can't expect
this to work. Fix whatever is creating files with uid=0

When I check the permissions of the file, it is as below
-rw-------    1 root     qmail          68 Mar  9 16:56
1110405402.5438-0.mail.test.com

Somebody please help me understand where I am wrong, which process
actually creates these files under /var/spool/qmailscan/tmp. What I
have to do to make the UID of these files to be of qmail-scanner's
UID.

Regards,
Munib
