Hello,

My current installation of Q/S is working like a champ. I am able to block
spoofed From: headers resulting in hundreds of quarantined e-mails a day.
Unfortunately, we have some ASPs that send e-mail with the From/Reply to
address set as though it was coming from an internal user to another
internal user. They have a legitimate use here and there are only a handful
of mail servers that I need to allow the spoofing from. What I was hoping
to do was check the Received: from < > field and if it matched don't even
run qmail-scanner on it just pass it directly to qmail.

To keep from re-inventing the wheel, has anyone already done something like
this? Can anyone give me some good reason why this may not be a sufficient
solution before I being developing this? Does anyone know of a better way to
do this?

Thanks for your input.

Sachin
