Hello,
This folders only are created when qmail-scanner is active. If qmail-scanner is off, any folder is created.
The ownership pf this folders is root.root ¿?¿?
My operating system is Debian Woody, and my qmail installation is QmailRocks.
Thanks a lot

As far as I'm aware, there is NO WAY qmail-scanner could create such files.Hello
I use qmail-scanner and I have this problem. In my root folder (/), I have a lot of flders named "no such user [EMAIL PROTECTED]". This folders are created with qmail-scanner when this program not found the email address.
Please check the ownership of those files, and if they are qscand, then something is truly amiss, otherwise it's something else.
If they are created by qscand, then please reply to the list will FULL DETAILS of your system: OS, Q-S version, what patches and other bits of Qmail you have installed, SA, etc.
