These two log-files are for the exactly same 24
hours as they use the same log rotation scheme.
Have you enabled sa_delete/sa_reject ?
Messages deleted/rejected are not logged in quarantine.log...
From 1.24st you could use this comand, it will be in the contrib directory.
echo ; grep "SA: yup, this smells" qmail-queue.log|\
sed -e "s/.* hits.* - \(.*\) message...$/\1/" | sort | uniq -c | sort -gr
11173 rejecting
296 tagging
