today I've updated my Debian Sid System with apt. In my apt-archive was spamassassin 2.64-1 included. I also wanted to get qmail-scanner to be up-to-date. I've tried to update qmail-scanner from 1.20rc3 to 1.23 but the current releasy won't detect my spamassassin on this system.
Is there any clue to fix that problem?
I'm left to assume that you have the spamassassin process running while installing q-scanner 1.23? Also check where spamassassion is installed... I have it in /usr/local/bin/ and it is found by q-scanner 1.23.
Try disabling spamassassin network tests while you are running the configure script, you can enable them later.
