If /usr/bin/clamd run whit permission of user "clamav" (this is the default), it can't access to directory owned by "qscand" user ....
Which is the better way to resolve this problem?

What I do is make clamd run as the user qscand, by editing the line "User" in /etc/clamav.conf.
