When I send a message from mobile to my email, the
message is blocked on my mail server which is using
qmail 1.03, clamav 0.75, spamassassin 2.64 and qmail
scanner 1.23. I tried to debug and found that the message was
quarantined with header containing something like
"unknown file type .mmf". It is not blocked anywhere
by me knowingly. I verified it in quarantine-attachements.txt also.
What I understand from this is, if qmail scanner comes
across a file which it does not recognize, it will
quarantine it with the above header. Is this right?
How do I allow certain file types to pass through
qmail scanner then?

Thanks,

there's nothing in clam,SA or QS that, by default, blocks any .mmf extension. Turn on debugging, capture the logged info and pass the raw info along to this list.
