I can't visualize how training SpamAssassin should work now that SA is running from qmail-scanner. I notice when I run sa-learn with any user, resources from that user's .spamassassin directory are being referenced in the debugging output.

Will it matter which user sa-learn is run as when the filter is retrained to recognize more spam? Does it need to be ran as one of the qmail users, or is there a system-wide database used for spam analysis?

TIA

DS
