I upgraded to 3.0 yesterday.
I didn't re-configure qmail-scanner, so I didn't run into the configure
problem.
I looks like the new spamc ignores the -f. (spamc -h output is below)

The main change affecting qmailscanner I can see is that the
X-Spam-Status header has the word 'hits' changed to 'score'.
eg.
X-Spam-Status: Yes, score=5.9 required=5.5 tests=AWL,BAYES_50,HTML_60_70,

Spamc's check only mode (fast_spamassassin) seems to be unchanged.

Other than that, it seems fine.
