[Qmail-scanner-general]deleting quarantined items

I presume there aren't any problems deleting * from /var/spool/qmailscan/quarantine/new drive starting to fill up, cant seen any reason why i shouldn't be able to, unless there is a DB that i'd need to synch to after deleting the files   thanks   michael
