i guess tmp shall be owned by qscand but i don't know why it was created with that owner. am i wrong?
btw, `pstree -au` shows the following
| |-runsv qmail-smtpd
| | |-svlogd,qmaill -t /var/log/qmail/smtpd
| | `-tcpsvd,qmaild -vvh -lmail.conosurseguros.cl -c20 -uqmaild:nofiles -i./peers 0 25 /var/qmail/bin/qmail-smtpd
i.e. qmail-smtpd should be running as qmaild:nofiles
