:-) I'm sorry - they only score 1 or 2 "so they're not spam"??? :-)

Just because SpamAssassin  only gives it a score of 1 doesn't mean it isn't
spam. In fact, as the message is "broken" means that SpamAssassin can't have
a good go at it as it hasn't got much to work on! :-)

Well from what I saw of your config - you're not fiddling with the Subject
line anyway - as far as the other headers go, you're right - Q-S does
"fiddle" more than I implied - but it's not causing your problem. In fact -
I don't think you have a problem - just some poorly written spam...

I'd just like less spam :-(
