Ignore them - they're not real. There is a buglet that I haven't bothered
fixing in Q-S where it calls qmail-inject for sending alerts - even if
notification has been disabled. However, those emails are sent with a
recipient of '' - which means qmail-inject gets as far as logging it - but
then exits without doing anything.
