Hi! SpamGuardian 0.1 is out. It watches syslog logfile for Qmail-Scanner's entries. When it finds one, it checks whether or not the message checked by Q-S is classified as spam. If this is the case, SpamGuardian launches an external script, which can be made to do - well, anything. =)
You can, for example, add spam-spawning hosts to packet filter's blocklist. Or, even better, redirect all incoming mail from spamhosts to spamd, making the evil guys waste some time. =) SpamGuardian is based on Snort add-on called "Guardian" by Anthony Stevens.
