My qmail-scanner log analyzer, which is still in a *very* early state in development, also contains a Perl script to push Q-S logs into MySQL database. http://sourceforge.net/projects/qsla/ I haven't had anyt time for the QSLA project for a while. I'm in process of updating it so that it works with Q-S 1.22.
