A couple of days ago I decided to implement this on another equally configured server, but the configure script missed my SpamAssassin setup completely, even though spamd/spamc was running and working.
Since the servers have all the software in the same places, I just replaced the "generated" qmail-scanner-queue.pl from the working server to the new server and everything worked as expected.
Has anyone seen this behaviour before?
