Does qmail-scanner have a bug?

Sophie have a binhex setting. I don't know if it work.

This is easy, install uudecode, in RH-7.3 was in the packet sharutils-4.2.1-9...rpm
BUT when I send a renamed .txt as a MS-DOS.com file Does qmail-scanner have a bug?
