I have my server set to

# Example
date -s Wed Mar 17 15:10:30 EST 2004
date
Mar 17 15:10:30 EST 2004

Should the above be set in GMT instead?
Does qmail-scanner have a GMT setting somwhere?
Every script and everything else has perfect time
but qmail-scanner writting to headers

(qmail) with SA 2.63 and Qmail-scanner 120
ALL settings are SERVER WIDE ONLY
