After much dithering, I am releasing 1.21 on the world.

1.21 has many updates - AV fixes for newer releases, along with new ways
to fight the evil hordes.

See the CHANGES document as usual for the full list of changes, but an
edited highlights version is:

Major Changes:

* Q-S now defaults to only notifying the sender and admin if e-mail was
blocked for "policy" reasons (called "psender, nmlvadm"). This is
becauses effectively all viruses now forge the From line - so there's no
point in harassing innocent people that they sent a virus when they
didn't. It will be a cold day in a certain Hot Place before we see
commercial AV providers do this! BTW: it's only a default - you can
change it!!!

Other Changes

* ability to block password-protected zip files
* Q-S now scans bounced e-mails (where the original msg was appended -
not attached - which was already done). This will lessen the number of
scares people get when other AV systems claim to have found a virus...
* more MIME-specific tricks looked for by default
* The CR/NULL char check can now be specifically disabled. No more
"--fix-mime 0" for those who despaired
* added X-Spam-Level header to fast_spamassassin support
* tonnes of little things - see CHANGES

Cheers
