You are using a patched version of Q-S. Maybe you should contact the
author of the patch ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) for further help.
A very quick review of the code shows, you are not using the regular
spamassassin sub but an alternative spamassassin_alt. The latter one
does some quaranting and other stuff, but seems to ignore the headers
returned by SA. If you don't need that additional stuff try setting
--sa-alt to no and see if this works.

^^^^^^^^^^^^ change this
And by the way, disable sender notification unless you are very
up-to-date with your silent-viruses. Sender notification hurts more than
it helps nowadays. Read
