I resolved the error by reconfiguring Q-S and specifically listing the
scanners i.e. --scanners clamscan
Note that instead of using clamuko I used clamscan this along with
increasing my softlimit resolved the error.

Subject: [Qmail-scanner-general]Error in logs, dont know the cause...

I have found the following error in my qmail-smtpd log:

X-Qmail-Scanner-1.20:[www.ie-post.com107408483646114440] clamuko: corrupt or
unknown clamd scanner error or memory/resource/perms problem - exit status 2

I tried increasing the softlimit in the qmail-smtpd run script but
this had no effect.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
