[Qmail-scanner-general]block email based on content

Hi everyone, I am looking to blocking email based on content.  
Basically, I want to block at the  incoming gateway level.  I have 
qmail-scanner 1.2, qmail 1.03, spamassasin, uvscan.  I understand 
there's qmail-qfilter.  But how to implement with qmail-scanner?  Is 
there howtos somewhere on content filtering?  Any help is greatly 
appreciated.
