Disallowed breakage found in header name - potential virus
clamscan: 0.65.

I searched clamav's source for the error but cannot find it anywhere.
What exactly is the problem?

Hi,

It's not in clamav, it is part of the Bad Mime checks in qmail-scanner itself. I had some many valid messages getting blocked I finally had to turn off BADMIME checks in order to allow them to go through. Pity because the rest of the BADMIME checks did block a lot of spam.

Regards,

Rick
