I'm no QS expert! I'll say that up front. Can you verify that QS is
skipping SA ONLY for msgs with attachments? What about that RC:1 & RC:0
thing? Nothing to do with this problem? What if you remove the RELAYCLIENT
for that network, does it still occur? That was an obvious difference that
I noticed, and thought it might be relevant... It was my opinion that RC:1
should not be the value for that first email. The headers seem to show
that message as coming from outside your sphere of influence, which means
they should NOT be able to relay through you. Is that a correct
assumption?

Sorry I can't help with the other question. I'm running mine a bit
differently. I have clamscan, and I don't use SA through QS. My
QMAILQUEUE= a custom BASH script that feeds incoming mail DIRECTLY to SA,
THEN it pipes that into QS, which does the AV and other scans... I thought
QS sent all mail to the configured AV scanner...
