Is there a feature not to notify admin if spam is deleted? or indeed quarantined?

I'm sorry. I've done this in my running copy but I didn't add it to the version in the web page.
Today it would be very difficult to me to change the version in the webpage and I will be out till monday. So maybe I will add it on monday.
You can modify it yourself, edit /var/qmail/bin/qmail-scanner-queue.pl search for the routnine "sub email_quarantine_report" and change the line:
&email_sender("admin");
to
&email_sender("admin") if ($quarantine_event ne "Policy:SPAM-DELETE");
