Yes, you are right, the problem is quoting. If I had checked the code
before thinking, I had posted this:
(?i).*\\bcum\\b.*
With those quoted backslashes it should work.
I'm not sure if it was ever intended to have a regex in
quarantine-attachments.txt and not just part of a filename or string,
but I think this could be documented (I mean the usage of \\)
