Greetings, I have a large installation of qmail+qmail- scanner+clamscan+spamassassin, which is successfully handling 60,000+ messages per day. However, a small number of messages are never making it past qmail-scanner. Below is the relevant portion of the qmail-queue.log for one such message:

I have scrutinized the failing messages line by line and can't find anything in them that is out of the ordinary. Suggestions welcome!
