I have a FreeBSD 5.0 email server with qmail, clamav, spamassassin and qmail
scanners (Version 1.15) to run.
The configuration of Qmail scanner is ./configure --admin
"postmaster" --install. I start the Script
./contrib/test_installation.sh --doit then receive I from the server 4
Mails. In the Mails the viruses
are contained and the Mails still became not scanned. Which is wrong at the
Qmail scanner?
The following test after the installation does not function.
su qmaild
/var/qmail/bin/qmail-scanner-queue.pl -g
The user qmaild does not have a Shell. The user cannot log in at the server.
Is that necessary?
The following test as a user root.
/var/qmail/bin/qmail-scanner-queue.pl -g
I get the following expenditure
perlscanner: generate new DB file
ERROR: incorrect format on line 82 - skipped
perlscanner: total of 9 entries.
