Sophos is always rather fast with updates, and when they miss a virus, I submit it to them and I get an update within 2 hours if it is a virus. If it isn't, I get response from them.
Sounds better than mcafee shouting it's my f*cking problem and they don't care, when I mailed them about Klez that wasn't picked by my Amavis/Sendmail which I used at that time. You can buy sophos for a rather normal price, then use libsavi with sophie to speed up scanning a lot. Sophie beats out uvscan by a few thousand percents or something :) BTW: Don't I have any friends if I can tell you I haven't had even a single Sobig, bugbear or whatever in months, but only Klez virusses?
