previous versions of uvscan could not handle mbox. the new engine 4240
added the --mailbox feature

- Support for text-based mailboxes

A new option, --mailbox when used with the
--mime option enables scanning of text-based
mailboxes such as PINE and Netscape. For
more information about the --mailbox option,
   see the Product Guide.

i would recommended adding --mime and --mailbox to the uvscan command
line call in QS. you should be able to set redundant_scanning and
force_unzip to 0, but i have not done extensive testing to see how well
the --mime/--mailbox/--unzip (or --secure) combo works.
