Try something like: 127.:allow,RELAYCLIENT="",QMAILQUEUE="/var/qmail/bin/qmail-scanner-queue " 192.168.1.:allow,RELAYCLIENT="",QMAILQUEUE="/var/qmail/bin/qmail-scanner -queue" Obviously with your own IP details.
