The username that spamc is being called on behalf of, and in whose home 
directory spamassassin should be looking for user preferences.  That would be 
the local recipient, after virtual domains and aliases are figured in.

We can argue semantics about whether its a username or not if you'd like.  
Personally, since user preferences for me would be stored in 
~amanda/.spamassassin and not ~[EMAIL PROTECTED]/.spamassassin, I prefer to 
think of it as my username rather than my email address.  It should also look 
in ~amanda/.spamassassin if the mail's recipient is [EMAIL PROTECTED], 
because that's an alias for me.  Ditto [EMAIL PROTECTED], 
[EMAIL PROTECTED], and half of [EMAIL PROTECTED]
