Hello Geoff, GC> For Perl 5.8: GC> You just need to change STDOUT to be "1" as follow: GC> open(SOUT,"<&1")||&tempfail("cannot dup fd 0 - $!");
well, what a nice thinking :-) I think Mr Jason Haar will be very happy hear about it...Along with this fixing, i want to say, if anyone come into trouble installing Q-S on Digital UNIX, i can provide some tips The one i came into is Perl syslog module, it said perl can found a macro. My solution is to dig into the module source code (.pm) and change the value of variable "syslog" into absolute path of your directory (the one you choose). I don't know if this is dangerous, but it works for me, and everything going fine -- Best regards, Mulyadi mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] ------------------------------------------------------- This sf.net email is sponsored by:ThinkGeek Welcome to geek heaven. http://thinkgeek.com/sf _______________________________________________ Qmail-scanner-general mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/qmail-scanner-general
