I think it would be a useful option. Specifically I'd like it to look at the hits= spamassassin header and if it matches (or is larger than) a configurable value, have qmail-scanner change the envelope information so that the message is sent to a "spam-quarantine" mailbox for an administrator to sort through later (forwarding not-spam messages to their respective recepients). I have a client right now that I'm trying to do just that for, and not being a programmer I'm having a hard time figuring out how to re-write envelope information. Was this not done simply to avoid legal implications?
