I should mention that this will cause procmail to drop the mail into
$DEFAULT/spam which, with the config above is:
 $HOME/Maildir/spam
and this spam file will be in the mbox (not Maildir) format!
meaning... you can read/manage it with 
/bin/mail -f $HOME/Maildir/spam
