Two things come to mind when reading this:
1. Since this is propably a bit of a common Q-S / Qmail problem, have you 
tried the qmail-list(s)?
2. Since Q-S basically relies on the QMAILQUEUE being set, maybe you could 
use that one. I do not know how to implement this, but if you could figure 
a way to only set that variable for one IP, your problem would be 
solved...
