I have enabled
the following line in quarantine-attachments.txt to test the subject
filter:
# e.g. # Pickles.*Breakfast Virus-Subject: Fake Example Pickles virus # # will match "Subject: Pickles for Breakfast" - and # not "Subject: Pickles - where did you go?" I run /var/qmail/qmail-scanner.pl -g to update the database and then try sending an email with subject: Pickles for Breakfast. Unfortunately qmail-scanner doesn't do anything with it. I have setup the quarantine-attachments database to disallow .vbs files. Same problem qmail-scanner doesn't deal with them. .vbs 0 VBS attachments disallowed Virus scanning works fine. Is there something simple that I need to do? All the file attributes are set correctly: -rw-r----- 1 qmailq qmail 12288 Jun 11 12:18 quarantine-attachments.db -rw-rw---- 1 qmailq qmail 3341 Jun 11 12:18 quarantine-attachments.txt Any ideas?
