To minimize this problem I have modified the verbage that the recipient gets
when a virus has been stopped. It is clear to them and seldom do I have
them call me questioning the purpose of the message. Here is what the
message states near the top:

A Virus was found in an Email message sent to you.
This Email scanner intercepted it and stopped the entire message
before it reached you. No further action is required on your part.
CertaintyTech has kept your computer safe.

The "No further action is required on your part" is what I think eliminates
confusion. They now understand why they recieved the message and are very
glad that I provide them the service. I often get replies to the above
notice from customers thanking me for such a helpful service. Its good
advertisement for us and keeps reminding the customer of why they have
chosen our Internet service.
