Looks fine. So is that ts.ml an actual copy of the message that has this problem? Are you comparing like with like? Perhaps more importantly, if you: export QMAILQUEUE=/var/qmail/bin/qmail-scanner-queue.pl cat ts.ml|/var/qmail/bin/qmail-inject myaddr does that cause the error?
