Hello,

thank you all for your feedback.

- the objects are in the same layer
- the layer is active and snappable
- I use the vertex editor
- Coordinate Reference System (CRS) and the project's CRS are identical

I tried the function on simple test objects in a test layer and it works fine. 
So I guess there are minimal deviations between the vertices in my layer.

Hi Michaela,
in addition to the other info previously requested, I think it is important to 
know which is the layer's Coordinate Reference System (CRS) and the project's 
CRS.
