Dear Totò, thank you very much. This solves my problem. Explicitly defining datatypes that are allowed in a geopackage and formatting the date and time values in the csv-file accordingly leads to the required result.

Try to create the auxiliary file of the csv file, that is, the file with the same name as the csv file, but with the extension csvt.
