Well, burned by a QGIS installation again, and this time a LTR version late in the game.
Windows 10 and all previous installations have started up at least fine from all previous installations and updates. Who knows which of the NUMEROUS environmental paths it doesn't think is right. Another non-informative error message. . . . [cid:[email protected]]
