Hi Vanessa,it seems the issue is due to the fact that Python doesn't work correctly in your QGIS installation. Maybe it is a Windows 11 specific issue I'm not aware of.
Are there errors displayed starting QGIS or in the Log Messages panel? Could you please report such errors, if any?
